Order Issues & Defects

We take great care in crafting and inspecting every item before shipping. However, if your product:

  • Arrives with a defect
  • Does not match the order details
  • Has another unexpected issue

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can review the situation.

Sizing Issues

If a collar does not fit due to incorrect measurements, we understand that mistakes happen! While we cannot offer full refunds or exchanges, we may be able to adjust or replace the item for an additional fee. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
