How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Typically, orders are processed within 3-7 business days, and delivery can take anywhere from 3-10 business days. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only offer shipping within Canada. However, if you’re located outside of Canada and would like to place an order, please feel free to get in touch with us! We’d be happy to discuss potential shipping options and see what we can do to accommodate your request.
What is your return policy?
At Penny & Co, every product is handcrafted and made to order to fit your dog’s needs. Because of this, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges. How to choose the right size collar for your dog?
Finding the perfect fit is essential for your dog’s comfort and safety. A properly sized collar should be snug enough to stay in place but not too tight to cause discomfort. Follow these simple steps to ensure the best fit for your pup:
1. Measure Your Dog’s Neck
Use a soft measuring tape and wrap it around the base of your dog’s neck where the collar would naturally sit Make sure the tape is snug but not tight—you should be able to fit two fingers between the tape and your dog’s neck for comfort.
2. Choose the Correct Collar Size
Compare your measurement to our sizing chart and select a collar size that allows for slight adjustability. If your dog is between sizes, we recommend sizing up for the best fit.
3. Consider Growth & Coat Changes
For puppies, choose a collar with room to grow, but avoid one that is too loose. For long-haired breeds, consider how their coat changes between trims—measure when their fur is at its longest for the best year-round fit.
4. Perform the Two-Finger Fit Test
Once the collar is on, slide two fingers between the collar and your dog’s neck. If it’s too tight to fit two fingers, loosen it slightly. If you can fit more than two fingers, it may be too loose and should be tightened to prevent slipping.

Are the products under warranty?
Our products are built for adventure and designed to withstand years of use. That’s why we stand behind our gear with a hardware warranty on all metal components used in our collars and leashes. If any hardware component breaks under normal use, we will replace it free of charge — because durable gear should be just that.
Warranty Details:
– We cover hardware failures (such as buckles, D-rings, or clips breaking).
– Buyers are responsible for shipping costs to send the product in for repair.
Please Note: The finish on black metal hardware may naturally wear or change color over time due to exposure to the elements — this is normal and not covered under our warranty.
What are the shipping options?
We offer two convenient delivery options: shipping by mail or local pick-up in Dieppe, New Brunswick.
Shipping by Mail
We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $100 or more (after discounts and before taxes) within Canada. This offer excludes orders being shipped to Nunavut, Yukon, and the Northwest Territories. The discount will be automatically applied at checkout for eligible orders. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
Local Pick-Up (Dieppe, NB)
If you choose the pick-up option at checkout, we’ll notify you when your order is ready. Your package will be placed outside our front door for a contactless pick-up—quick, easy, and hassle-free!
