Traffic Lead Sizing
Our traffic leads are designed for moments when you need quick, close control—like navigating crowded areas, crossing streets, or managing high-energy dogs in training. Measuring approximately 10″ or 12″ from end to end (including hardware), they offer a reliable grip point without excess slack.
Choosing the Right Width
We offer two width options for our traffic leads:

5/8″ – Light and flexible, ideal for smaller breeds or handlers who prefer a softer grip.

3/4″ – A sturdier feel, better suited for medium to large dogs, or those who tend to pull.
Care Instructions
Biothane is known for its outstanding durability and waterproof qualities, requiring minimal maintenance to maintain its bright, fresh look over time. However, a little care can help prolong its lifespan. Regular cleaning with a gentle detergent will easily remove most dirt and spots. For tougher stains, a small amount of rubbing alcohol can be used for better results.
If tarnish from the metal hardware has transferred onto the Biothane, some additional scrubbing may be needed, especially if the collar or accessory hasn’t been cleaned in a while. While Biothane is highly resistant to dirt and moisture, it’s important to note that it is not completely stain-proof in all situations.
