Sizing
To ensure you get the perfect fit, we measure each collar when unbuckled and laid flat on a measuring tape. The measurements listed for all collars in our shop are the lengths of the actual collar in inches, based on the available settings (the adjustment holes on the collar). Here’s how to find the right size:

Measure Your Dog’s Neck: Use a soft measuring tape around your dog’s neck where the collar will sit, leaving enough room to fit two fingers comfortably between the collar and their neck.

Choose Your Size: The size options listed for each collar are based on the collar’s total length when laid flat and adjusted to fit the available settings. If your dog’s neck measurement falls between two sizes, we recommend selecting the larger size to allow for more adjustability and comfort.
Choosing the Right Width
When selecting the right collar width, it’s important to consider both your dog’s size and their comfort. We offer four width options for our collars: 5/8″, 3/4″, 1″, and 1.5″. Here’s a simple guide to help you make the best choice:

Care Instructions
Biothane is known for its outstanding durability and waterproof qualities, requiring minimal maintenance to maintain its bright, fresh look over time. However, a little care can help prolong its lifespan. Regular cleaning with a gentle detergent will easily remove most dirt and spots. For tougher stains, a small amount of rubbing alcohol can be used for better results.
If tarnish from the metal hardware has transferred onto the Biothane, some additional scrubbing may be needed, especially if the collar or accessory hasn’t been cleaned in a while. While Biothane is highly resistant to dirt and moisture, it’s important to note that it is not completely stain-proof in all situations.
